Q: I am planning to book a flat in Maithri Developers' new project Shilpitha Splendour on Outer Ring Road. I need reviews/feedbacks for this builder. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I am interested in buying a flat in Shilipita Splendour. Does anyone have positive reviews about the quality of construction by Maithri Developers. I see a negative feedback on another forum about the builder not having the approval plan/commencement certificate on plot. Is this true?
