Q: I am planning to book a flat in Maithri Developers' new project Shilpitha Splendour on Outer Ring Road. I need reviews/feedbacks for this builder. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I called the builder today. He says he has got the approval from BBMP for Block1. The approval for Block2 would come next week. Has any one booked a flat in this project during last one month or so ?
