Q: Dear Occeanus Monarda owners, I am looking forward to book a flat in new project vista which will be coming behind Monarda. I would like to know your experiences with the builder during your transactions. I would like to list down what I am looking for. 1. Was the project completed by promised time? 2.Did they maintain quality in construction? 3. Did they keep thier promises? 4. Are you a happy customer or not ? Your inputs are really appreciated.
