i did some more enquiry with friends and got to know that, its a usual thing for this builder.. seems like their greendale phase II project was delayed by 2 years(as per couple of friends). Some are of the opinion that builder is having some tough time now.. and since they launched a very much delayed project greendale phase II recently, its out of question that they would be able to launch vista in 2 months. probably next june or july would be a right time( per ppl talk)... I think i wasted my time... its been quite long that i am hearing about Vista project..i guess from April 2009.. Till now, there isnt any progress on tihs front.. I did a recent site visit to see the facts at a ground level and could see that road is laied down and nothing else.. My calls to the builder is giving me the standard reply that.. approval is still pending and in a months time it would be ready.. any guess guys on whats going on??? please share your experiance aswellits been quite long that i am hearing about Vista project..i guess from April 2009..
