Q: Sriperumbudur Property Prices OverviewCurrently, average property price per sqft in Sriperumbudur for apartments is Rs 2,470 whereas for houses it is Rs 2,569. Average property rate in Sriperumbudur for residential plots is Rs 435. Average property price for apartments in Sriperumbudur is Rs 23.80 Lakh whereas for houses it is 43.67 Lakh. Average property price for residential plots in Sriperumbudur is 14.51 Lakh. PRESENT RATE IS 435/-PER SQFT. AND HEADING TOWARDS 600/- LAND PRICE APPRECIATING.

Seems a little on the high side.I have a two grounds property in Sri Chakra ownship II.I saw no constructions nearby and wonder how or when I will be able to start construction of my house or should I just sell. or hold on a little longer.
