SNN bulders are not one of the finest builders in town. And the price they have quoted of 2500 is higher than exorbitant. On the Begur road itself other builders in the same category as SNN like Radiant, Mahaveer etc are quoting 1600-18000. Wait for few more months better builders will come inthe area with price band of 2100-2400. See the plan of Raj Lakeview and you will realise, hw different is the actual location than on the paper. I would say anything more than 2000/sqft is not worth for Raj and that too in the corner of Begur Road. Electronic City/HCL junction is 10 Kms from location. bannerghatta Road is 5 Km. IIMB is 8 KM, so it is not in vicinity of any facilities. For electronic City Ajmera, Concorde and Ganga are better options within 3 Kms and with all the amenities that are there in Raj Serenity, ready to move in with a price range of around Rs2600/sqft. I have visited all these and for sure Raj Serenity is too ambitious a project for SNN, they are promising 2 years bSNN bulders are not one of the finest builders in town. Prerna, decide your area preference. for e-city people better offers and ready to move in are available around Rs2600 sqft within 3 Kms. Raj Serenity is almost 10 Kms from Infosys/Hosur road junction. Bannerghatta Road people have better offer nera meenakshi temple in the range of 2600 for launched one to ready to move in around 3100. Raj lakeview is almost 5 Kms from Meenakshi temple, so not in vicinity too. You cannot take NICE road until you travel 3 Kms from there. Project handover will be around 3 years, so add to wait time cost too. Positives - Bigger area, amenities, and nice environment. negative - price is over 30% more than price in that area. New builder big project, delay expected. Q: Hi, has anyone verified the document of Raj serinity through personal advocate? Has it got a clean chit..?
