Q: Planning to buy a 2 bedroom apartment in UKN, 1) How is the maintanence? 2) Any water problem, or any other issues are there?

my suggestion is stay away from this property. We own a row house and I trying to get out as quickly as possible. They are not very honest with their literature, and there are quite a few plumbing problems.my suggestion is stay away from this property.
