Plan to buy a villa in the Phase 2
Q: Hi All, Firstly, its very encouraging to see positive feedback in this era of fraud and frustration. I am interested to buy a villa in their phase 2 project. Need some valuable inputs from the owners in terms of their experience till date. You feedback will help us decide.

Hi, We did ask them about the discounts but they are not ready to negotiate as of now. Not sure about our investment now, coz the pricing is a lil too high for us.
