Q: Hi All, Firstly, its very encouraging to see positive feedback in this era of fraud and frustration. I am interested to buy a villa in their phase 2 project. Need some valuable inputs from the owners in terms of their experience till date. You feedback will help us decide.

Seems a bit over-priced for the location. Looks like would not be able to move in for next 4-5 years for want of accessibility and other amenities though the villa would be ready before the same. I am a current owner and my experience so far has been excellent. No complaints or issues. They have been very good. I booked some time back. Regarding price, you need to check with Renaissance Folks itself. The property is at a good location and construction is good.
