Anybody Booked Flat in KOLKATA WEST HEIGHTS not getting Refund?
Q: We booked flats at KOLKATA WEST HEIGHTS on Feb 2010 on pre launch. They have not launched the project yet. We cancelled our booking long back but they have not returned the money yet. They will never ever refund any money. They are absolutely fraud. I had been to their office many times and asked the same question and they clearly said that i can surrender my bunglow but they can't say when and how I will get the refund.
