Q: Hi All I have a plot in sivapriya nagar in attibele and want to sell it. its east facing and 60x40 site. i have heard that the layout has bmrda approval and dc converted i have also paid the taxes and have katha even though the area has not developed as anticipated i believe its a good investment opportunity for the future my question is what would be the best price to quote for the plot ? thanks in advance. karthik S.
