Q: I checked this project today and I really liked. They are not ready for any negotiation. Anyone else interested?

Hello I had called sales today and now they are quoting 3500 :( if anyone knows if its negotiable?
They do not negotiate. But i feel its a good price for the locality. I have already booked it.

Hey Amol, Yesterday only I had called the sales representative of SLS Developers and according to them the rate per sqft is around Rs 3,450 and they are not negotiating.
