Latest Answer: Try to avoid buying flats from Dhammangi and Sumo properties.. Apartment owners are struggling with sewage connections (bad smell in flats). STP is not planned properly or not functioning in the apartment complex and no connections to bwssb drainage connections. Builders are not responding. You will definitely face these kind of issues in projects.
