Hi All, I went ahead with buying of the flat. Starting a group and bringing awareness among the buyers/prospective buyers definitely helped the cause. Now the builder listens to us as all the members in the group talk the same language though individually. They agreed for power backup and piped gas connection. Owners should not sign the agreements without getting these details. We got this information only after probing, Jains didnt tell us upfront.
