Land in Kolkata but want to get it registered in Nashik court.
Q: Is it possible to gift a land of kolkata from nashik court?? Is it possible that the registry of that gift deed of that particular kolkata land be done from nashik court??

The land is present is Kolkata, West Bengal and Nashik is in Maharashtra. It is not possible to register Kolkata land in Nashik court because both are in different states and many other procedures are to be done on the plot which is possible if it is done in same jurisdiction. Witnesses, donor, donee and laywer also has to be present at the time of registration.
