Hey today only I have visited this SMR Endeavour project. They r quoting 3200/sq ft . is that worthy to pay that much? Please let me know if any one booked a flat recently in this project. I think they are charging very high on electricity charges. What do u say? Apart of it there are some issues like the amenities provided to SMR Galaxy can not be shared with SMR Endeavour. But, in SMR Endeavour.. they are constructing a big temple which we can't stop other people to use... Is that a point? If so it will look like a public place.
