Hi Karthi..rental rates vary according to the exact location of the project, the amenities offered and also if the apartment is furnished or semi furnished. For example a rent of a 3 bhk semi furnished flat near Saveetha Dental College in Poonamalle will be around Rs 23000 to Rs 25000
