Buying penthouse in Labanya,Teen-kanya
Q: I had opted to buy a penthouse apartment on 16th & 17th floor in Labanya, but I have been left very confused due to some points. PHouse plan is not mentioned in their brochure & they fail to show us any sanctioned plan for the same. Home loan can only be taken from 2 branches of their choice of SBI & HDFC banks. Can anyone from your group throw any light on this & also can you provide me with conntact no./e-mail of any individual (not broker) who has already bought or is planning to buy a penthouse here or in Akankha? Latest Answer: I heard that the project will get completed by 2014. Can anyone tell is there any delay with the project?
