SJR builders- to go for or not?
Q: I am planning to go for SJR properties, but have read very negative feedback from the web. how genuine are they? do the sjr builders hike their per sq ft rates mid-way of project, doesnt deliver on time, provide less carpet area than actually promised, water n sewage problems inside apartments and so on. i am confused, please guide me.

But how do i get the details of existing customer? Do i need to ask the builder or should i be visiting the completed projects and then ask the association about these details?But how do i get the details of existing customer?
