Property Purchase at SJR
Q: Hi, This question is for all the owners in SJR apartments. I am planning to buy a 3bhk in SJR, but I have heard a lot of negative reviews about SJR builders- like they promise more carpet area and deliver very less in actuals, hike per sq ft rates mid-way, doesn't deliver on time, construction quality is poor, water n sewage problem and lots more. Are these all true? Please guide me.
