I already checked with BSNL. and come to know that the BSNL don't have excess telephone line pair on that area. they need to lay new 100 /2 pair cable almost 1 KM to provide connection. the BSNL officer told me that they don't received any formal request from Apartment Builders during the construction time. / owners association after they occupied the flat. I still remember that during the booking of flat. I heard that each house will get a BSNL telephone line Integrated with Apartment Inter-comm system. But seems the words on paper only. I don't think some one discussed about that. for me I can get a connection in other way, I know how to Create the market Potential competition with BSNL & other Operators to get the new customer from the Apartment & near by area. but that was my final option. Hi Jeeven, Need to approach the consumer court and file case with Town Plan approval department as well. Most of the time, Builders don't care , once you made all payments, Please do discuss with Apartment association as well.
