Q: any idea what is the expected rate for vesta in 2013?. wanted to know how may have booked their apartments in Vesta?

Latest Answer: Ok here is the answer from the the Owner of the Mont Vert. I just came across these comment while looking for something. Mont Vert Vesta is located on a 30 mt wide sanctioned RP road. The entry you see near the smashan bhumi is not Vesta entry. Mont Vert is 1.2 km down on that road. at least 20 other land owners are in between. The board near smashanbhumi is a direction board only. M. Kaneria Director Mont Vert Homes
