This complex has taken an eternity to complete. Is there an issue with this? Also, is security an issue here as it is very secluded. What about power and water? I'm considering Mantri Park to move into. However Im skeptical. Why are the rates much lower than most other surrounding areas? Also, is there an issue with this complex in terms of security and amenities?
I'm MANTRI PARK resident from last 3 years as OWVER but I'll strongly suggest you not to waste your hard earned money ( even a penny ) with this waste project which doesnt even have required drinking water supply , OC is not available, structure has severe cracks and its at least 15 Year OLD and this builder is cheater becoz he is selling such OLD building also as NEW one under name SERENE.

I have purchased a flat in Mantri park in 702, tansy building, Goregaon east, Mumbai in good faith. i was told that there will be 24 hours water supply & good maintenance. But i am now experiencing water for just 30-45 mins in a day. Also after paying the advance maintenance till sep'12 no service is rendered yet neither the seepage problem has been solved & the pending list for services requested is also pending.
