I sold a site along with the registered documents & katha which I had purchased from a real estate company .Now the katha is transferred to the new owner .He wants to build a house but his plan was not sanctioned and the BBMP said that the site itself does not exist as the number of the site does not figure on BBMP site layout.I have the layout from the real estate company which I purchased years ago and all the details regarding the transactions.Please advice how to solve this issue

Latest Answer: Thank You so much.The property tax was received by gram panchayat since the BBMP had taken over the layout later , the katha was also given by the gram panchayat .The developers of the layout though they have given us the site in the their plan ,the last of the row of the sites is not shown in the BBMP layout. From our end we have purchased adhering to all the legak formalities and also the person whom we sold to has purchased it with all the legal formalities getting the bank loan sanctioned.It is a registered document , registered twice once when we purchased and again when he purchased.
