I have taken power back-up for my flat. Now during possession, builder is charging 40000 for Dual meter.
Q: 15000 for Dual Meter 25000 for load charges. Please suggest, what is for that charges. Is this genuine.

Latest Answer: Hi Mr Gupta, In my opinion , you have to cross check your payment structure & deed with a legal advisor. One more thing you can do is, you can discuss about this thing with other flat owners of this project, if they are facing the same problem then you can gather for a group & discuss about it with builder .
