Please aon't invest in Akruti or Hubtown Countrywoods, Kondhwa Pune. Because it has much more delay for possession crisis. I am a flat owner from Akruti.
Who tells that there is no funds with builder, While receiving amount more than 70% from the flat owners and taking 100% amount from 80-20 scheme flat owners. Even the builder is no having funds. क्या यार कितना सफ़ेद झूट है ये

Hi Yash, What is the reason for so much delay in possession?
80% booking had been done actual and Payment received from the flat owners is about more than 70% but still they told us that they don't have funds and the project is in loss. Whether it can be possible that more than 50% bookings has been done and the project is in loss. Also, Company reply us that "There is Key material problems like Sand, Labour, etc etc". The given reasons from a Stock Listed, Reputed, Limited Company given the foolish statement.
