Cost of flat in MJR pearl
Q: Hi Friends, I am planning to book flat in MJR Pearl. At present they are quoting 3390 per sq feet. Kindly suggest me reasonable cost at which I should go for booking. If somebody is planning to book please let me know. We can go together and negotiate properly. With Regards, Raj Kumar Singh

I have booked flat on 13th floor, you can negotiate and get additional discount.
