WHAT IS THE REQUIRED PROCESS FOR GIVING RESIDENTIAL HOUSE FOR RENT FOR NON-RESIDENTIAL USE
Q: I would like to know the required process to be followed in giving out a residential house for non-residential use for e.g. playschool or small office / storage etc usage. If someone can tell me the details of what all needs to be done and what normally is the practice, it would help me in deciding on giving my house on rent for non-residential use. Also, is there anything very important that should be put into the rent agreement when giving out for such usage.
