Does anyone have any idea on the issue with piece of land that is adjacent to the boundary wall of Atlantis A-block
Q: Can anyone share the if there is any land issue on the piece of land adjacent to the boudary wall of gopalan atlantis and also the land infront of main gate? There are two stones embedded towards the sides of main gate which say that it is govt. lake lang and tresspassers will be prosecuted. Any idea what is the issue and is it safe to buy into this project?

The land in front portion of Gopalan Atlantis apartment has some case ongoing, since it is apparently lake bed land. That seems to be the reason why the entrance to the apartment cannot be tarred. Better to check all documents before buying.
