The maintenance incharge Mr. Badaliya is one of the most incompetent persons who sits in his AC cabin and neither has any solutions to the maintenance problems nor any control on activities and workers who defy the rules in JMD Garden compromising on the residents security and safety. personal experience in JMD Garden has been horrible.
