when will construction start

My comments to replies
The Project has already started and it is expected to complete around Dec 2013
have you seen the project site. As per my information, the project is yet to receiv approvals and nothing has been done on the site.

Today I visited Ansal Office. and they mentioned that this project is not approved by HUDA yet... They are refunding the money with bank interest.
Which office you visited -- Ansal Bhawan or Kundli. Please also let us know what is the interest rate they are offering.
