Q: Is calculating the super built-up area (SBA) in the following way correct? Carpet area = 925 sq. ft. loading = 27% SBA = 925 * 1.27 = 1174.75 sq. ft. Whereas the builder has mentioned 1256 as the SBA. Thank you! PN

SBA = Buildup area + 25% of buildup area and Buildup area = carpet area + 10% of carpet area Hope the builder has calculated correctly.SBA = Buildup area + 25% of buildup area and Buildup area = carpet area + 10% of carpet area Hope the builder has calculated correctly.
