Q: I am looking to buy a 2bhk flat on Sarjapur Road. I have shortlisted 2 projects - SJR Celestia and DSR Woodwinds. I am unable to decide between the two as of now. SJR is coming out to be more expensive than DSR due to its location advantage and Completion date. Could you please advise which would be a better option - for investment/Personal?

Hey all.. I have heard that DSR project charges high maintenance.. so try to negotiate before moving in..
Could you please elobarote on the maintenance rates thing.. are you talking about the one year maintenance that they take upfront? That sum is actually 2K lesser for DSR as compared to SJR

I think both are located very close right..then what location advantage does SJR has?
SJr is located right at Hosa sarjapur junction,only 500mts away from Total mall whereas DSR is another 1.3 kms further

Ok.. have you visited both the projects? Any idea which is closest to Electronic city? Are there any other projects upcoming in the surrounding and how is the commercial development near both the projects?
I have visited both these projects and they are equidistant from Electronic city which is connected by Hosa Road. There are several big projects like Mantri Glades, Saket Calipolois, Confident Leo,etc in the neighbourhood. I am more interested to know as to which Builder - SJR or DSR is more trustworty in terms of their promises and Quality.
