Buying DC converted land with A khata.
Q: Hi all, I am planing to buy property under BBMP Limits. Land is DC converted and A khata. I inquired in BBMP office and they told that, lay out owner did pay the betterment change. Lay out owner says that, after registration he will do the khata transfer. In this layout, HDFC and IDBI bank provided loan for couple of site. Can anyone advice whether it is safe or not? Is there any risk in buying this property? Thanks Ram...
