Hello Owners...Please get united to get the developments done
Q: Hello All, The Layout is in bad safe and no development at all. We have paid our hard earned money and there is no return and infact at current value the owners are at big loss as there is no development at all in this. I request all the site owners get united and fight against Leela Raddy to get the developments done. Looks He is started some other projects as well. Atleast we will prevent others not to fall in his trap.. Join at https://sites.google.com/site/suryaisplendor/ and we will raise our voice. Nobody should buy from this guy atleast in future. I heard that the land value in this layout now is around 600 Rs/SQFT where as we bought at the range of 800...Big profit...Leela Reddy and Surya Splendor ....We will file the case from our Site Owners Union...Please get united...
