My friend said cost is very high. near by land price is 1200/SQFT
Hi Siva, What is the status of this project now? Can you please share your views here. From the last three years we are only listening project work is going on but now some work is going on but very slow movement. Is it wise to invest our hard earned money here? Is this project got the BMRDA approval? Can you please give me Mr. Murali or any other known person contact detail so that I will discuss with him for any 30 x40 or 30x50 sites?
