Q: Hi We are looking for a ready to move fresh 3bhk apartment ( 1200 to 1400 sq ft) near dlf it park. Our budget is 35 to 40 lacs. If there is any suitable apartment that matches the criteria pls inform me

Hi Sonali, There are 3bhk flats available for sale Green Heights and the price is 38lakhs, 2bhk flat in Mukul Shanti Gardens price is around Rs 37lakhs and a 3bhk flat in Sgil Orchid the cost is Rs 30lakhs approx.

The price of 3bhk flat with size ranging from 1200 sqft to 1400 sqft starts from Rs 42lakhs on-wards.
Ok no problem. But are these apartments fresh or resale property? We want immediate possession say within 1-2 months.
