Latest Answer: Hi, Currently some internal finishing work is going on and i had made a conversation with their sales head and found that the date of possession will be October'2014. Currently, they are quoting Rs. 4500/sq-ft for a 3BHK flats in 1537 sq-ft(covered area). The cost will be 69.16 lacs onward.
