Need to know the details of The Village Project....? Is it safe to buy there....?
Q: They have the website www.the-village.in i checked that but i dont have much details so please somebody clarify it..

Latest Answer: I researched on the same but Peter I am sorry to say I didn't get much information about the project. But the developers comprise a joint venture between two established names in their respective countries, Phoenix from India and Hodu Ventures from Israel. I think this may be their first joint venture in India. They say that it is 10 minutes away from Siruseri IT Park and Chettinad Hospitals. So if anyone know more about this project please update or share your knowledge with us. Thank you

Q: Hi everybody, I am a software engineer, working in Chennai looking for a villa in Chennai in and around areas. My maximum budget is 4000 per square foot. I heard that villa is available in the omr side then i checked it, it comes under my taste and the price also 3750 per square foot. It is affordable one for me. Before I am going to buy the villa I need suggestions from you friends.
