Approvals for pride springfields, bangalore
Q: I have just booked an apartment in pride Springfield. I would like to know what approvals are still pending for them. I also heard they are charging service tax of 2.5% while agreement is done. please clarify.

do you mean bank approvals ? if yes, then they have sbi hdfc hscbc icici etc they come under BBMP. i am also being charged 2.5% service tax. Now I am also being charged for gas pipline etc, which initially they had said - not there.
