KSR ICON Appartment
Q: KSR is a cheap builder and the material what they have used are very low quality. Seems he doesnt have construction experience. I have booked flat in KSR and now I'm struggling alot. Everything is worst. Delivery is also 6months late. PRoject is very small eventhough they couldn't able to deliver it. I would suggest please dont buy any flats belong to this Builder. When I was booked they didnt show the burial ground and now we could see the burial ground next to the compund wall.

Please let us know why you felt he is a cheap builder. We also booked an apartment in KSR Icon and we are not in India now. So, I am worried seeing ur post.
