We are also sailing in the same boat. Had taken a loan to buy a property in tower N of Plumeria but have still not got the possession. Spoke to them in their head office a couple of days back but they again told us that it will now be completed by Dec-2017. There is a national organization NCDRC where we all could collectively challenge against the builder.

Hi Any one got possession in tower N, I am getting dates after dates but no actual work, lets come together and file complaint for compensation or possession.
i am also having unit in tower N and facing similar issues, now as per my today's conversation with them, it will be completed by end of 2017
