Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a plot near Dholera. I am planning to buy it from Builder. There seems to be two builders Magnanimous and Rivasa. Price different is huge between these two projects (I am not sure location may be the reason for this difference as I have never personally been there). Can some one suggest me about the price rise trend in this area (this is bear to Fedra) and if some one have an idea how long it will take for appreciation and about these two builders. Hi Kamal, Thanks for reply. I Checked the price and found that Prices are higher in case of magnanimous than Rivasa. Magnanimous is offering @ 2700 Rps/SqrYard however Rivasa is offering @ 1400 Rps/SqrYrd. I really dont know the reason between such a huge difference. Hi Manish. The difference in the rates might be because of the amenities provided or the location or the services present nearby or the reputation of the builder. The prices will appreciate once the new International Airport proposed by Gujarat Government for Ahmedabad city at Fedara comes up. Also the 10-lane expressway which is planned to be built, linking the port to Gujarat and the rest of India can change the rates.

My comments to replies
The area is good as it only 5 km. from Dholera SIR (Special Investment Region) and 8 km. from upcoming International Airport. It is just 1 minute walking distance from Ahmedabad Express Highway and very close to DMIC Influence Area, upcoming Metro Station & Kalpsar Dam Project.
