Q: Does anyone own a site in the BMRDA approved layout 'Urban Habitat' in Bangalore, off Varthur near Gunjur? Have you registered your property yet? How long did it take for you to get the Khatha? Need some feedback about builder and property.

Hi i booked the site in Urban habitat. when I gone through legal scrutiny report process , my advocate has posted two important questions. has any body gone through LSR process and if so pls share the legal opinion/clearance given by the advocates.Developer is not in a position to answer for the queries and I arranged a personal meeting of developer with advocate , but still no clarifications from developer. also kindly share the LIC housing finance sales executives / office contact details . my contact no :9986470290 Query 1:How Sri. Sidda Reddy acquired the title over the land measuring 5 Acre 33 Guntas in Sy.No. 69. Query 2. Kindly clarify as to Why Sri. Anil S/o Muni Reddy aged about 15 years and Sri. Hi , This has further reference to above post. We have verified with LIC Housing Finance Richmond Road and Brigade road and it has been confirmed by them that they have processed loans for Phase II of Urban Habitat too and it is a approved project by them . It has been informed by them that there are no legal issues in respect of this project. Papers given for loan processing to LIC HF office. Developer also claims that there are no legal issues and informed that the original document set given to us inadvertently did not contain certain additional legal document and hence it resulted in query from our panel advocates.
