Terrace Right
Q: I have Booked 1bhk flat here before 2years with a commitment form the builder side that we will give you the terrace right if you are taking flat on 5th floor you have to give the amount of that we both agreed on that time now when i am asking about that commitment his answer is we cannot do that, then what about the money which he is doing demand for the terrace from me and not making sale deed and not giving me my flat he is forcing me to take what flat he wants to give me not that what i booked.

Is there any written commitment on the flat that you are willing to occupy from the builder? If yes, then you can take legal help and sort out the case. If no, then there is no proof of the commitment you made with the builder. You can also check with the receipts and other documents the builder provided at the time of booking.
