I have a premium flat for sale in Trivandrum near Technopark from the SFS group - CYBER PALMS with Sea View . It is on the 10th floor and the area is 2200 sq.ft . I am selling it because my plans to move into Trivandrum did not materialise now and it will take another 3 to 4 years . The Technopark area is going to further develop with the Technopark 3 coming up near the Cyberpalms . Also Infosys and UST Global offices are just opposite.
