How can we bargain on psft rate.
Q: Charging 3800psft now. Not sure to what extent they'll reduce. Please advice. Am a first time buyer.

Hey Poornima, You can go for group buying, because in group buying you can avail discount on basic selling price as well as amenities.
people have booked from 2800 when launched to what you are quoting now. i guess they can reduce by 300-400 on quoting price. important - also check for open legal issues.
