Q: Can builders convert pent house into flats in FTL area and sale them? There are bps for only for four floors. Pls guide me regarding this.

Before converting the pent house to flats, you need to take permission from the local developmental authorities and other concerned departments. If they permit, you can go with the plan. Again if there is no approval for more than four floors then you can not build more then that. There is a certain limitation provided by authorities. Later they might claim it as illegal building, if found.
