Delay in the delivery of Omaxe Grandwoods Noida.
Q: I have booked a flat in Omaxe Grandwoods Noida but the builder couldnot complete the construction and it got delayed by almost 2 years. Now the builders are not giving any particular date for the delivery of the flats. Please advice what should I do?

Hi, I have also booked a flat in Omaxe Gandwoods Noida, it is found that the flats are almost ready and they look stunning, it will be delivered to us very soon and it will be nice staying over there so do not worry. Sometimes it happens that the builders face some problems with cash for which the construction gets delay.
do you work for omaxe by any chance? saying 'don't worry' doesn't help. the delay is frustrating, but what is worse is that there are virtually no answers from omaxe. they don't bother to get back and give any kind of a deadline/ timeline.
