Interested to buy 3BHK in lower floor (excluding ground and 1st).
Q: I am interested to buy one 3BHK in Sobha Amethyst. Can anyone tell me whether there is any problem/dispute with land? Whether you guys could do registration and khata for your apartment. Also what is the maintenance charge? If anyone wants to sell his apartment, please reply.
